This is the problem I am having with my robots. All the programs are written in AS. If I write a program using block programming I can run it fine. But if I load one of my older AS programs(programs I have been running production with) everything is offset the point it crashes the robot. If I load a backup that doesn't have the new program everything runs fine. What's happening? How can a block step program throw off all my AS programs?

I seemed to recall this situation occurring here: Qtool question
We were working through this problem and in the last post I asked for some further details including:
QuoteI see no existence of Tool or Base data in any of your data you have provided......where are they set?
But we didn't hear anything further from you...........Is this connected?
It seems clear to me that there is a mismatch between your BLOCK and AS configurations when it comes to declaring/setting the correct QTOOL/BASE/TOOL information.
Probably not using commands in your AS such as:
QTOOL OFF
BASE
