Hello, I have a KR100 L80-2 HA with KRC2ed05 controller. It has two Kuka external axes (rotary tables) for positioning parts.. Last week Thursday the robot was powered down, but the batteries in the controller were old, so the PC in the controller didn’t properly shut down, the PC just immediately turned off. After that, when the robot was turned back on, it lost mastering. I was able to jog and master axis 1-6, but it will not let me jog (or master) the rotary tables, axis E1 E2. Do you know what might be preventing the rotary tables from jogging?
On a side note, I have the X11 jumper plug installed to bypass any external safety devices to help troubleshoot. Also, the robot has the safe zone ring around axis 1, because while the robot is running on one table, the person is unloading/loading the other table
Here is the list of errors that are on the screen before I try to jog the rotary table
106 Perform Mastering E1
106 Perform Mastering E2
325 Safe single axis brake control E1 active
325 Safe single axis brake control E2 active
127 E1, E2 detached external axis
Then, when I try to jog one of the external axes, I get more alarms:
310 Safety circuit for drives not ready
1146 Ackn motor blocked E2
