no you can not increase number of Integer variables, but you can use double variables instead.
Yaskawa can change the number for you.
Increasing the variable number is possible but it has to be done in maintenance mode under the setting variable allocation, you'll need to perform a backup first since data would be reset.

Not on XRC. DX100, FS100, DX200, and YRC1000 yes, but not NX100 or older. Only Yaskawa can do that.

The OP states he has an XRC. In another post you (jac) were asking about the same thing on NX100. Neither of those controllers can be done by the end user. It requires the Yaskawa mode password and a knowledge of the correct parameters and how the blocks are set up.
DX100 and newer the end user can do.
