Nothing obvious is occurring to me... in the file PROGRESS.INI, what is the value of KUNDEN_VERSION set to? (shot in the dark, here)

i don't have time to watch the video now but i see that jogging is disabled by status key. neither jog-keys not mouse are active.
That doesn't make a difference. The drives activate in T1 with safety gate closed, they don't with the safety gate, irrespective of the status key.

Hello,In KRC2 when switching to the T1/T2 mode, in order to enable the jogging of the robot; please press the topmost status Key (white) on left of the screen twice and then press enabling switch it should enable the drives.
