First of all, I would not worry about the brakes of the robot. With normal stops (no emergency) they will survive the lifetime of the robot.
Brakes are applied when cycle start is off. A pause turns off cycle start. Why do you have to use pause, will there be an operator in the robot area? If so, you have to apply the brakes. If not, maybe you can just use a button with an input signal and a SWAIT?

i use one line as program(“drive 6 360”) to make jt6 rotate 360,But during the rotation, it is necessary to pause many times to perform the motion of the electric cylinder,I estimate one year there will be 200 thousand times the brake,So I'm worried about robot life。

What is the specific reason you have to pause?
- Safety (personnel access), Waiting for other part of process to stop/ready.
- If safety due to personnel access - unless collaborative robot, then always brake required.
- If waiting for process, then Kawaguy already suggested simple method using SWAIT in process (brake will not apply as program is still in execution waiting for input from PLC perhaps). -
You can use TWAIT function in order to wait some time (seconds). May i ask you how you continue after you paused the robot?
