Hi,
I have motoman sk6 with mrc controller. I'm getting servo ready on error. In control panel, I have noticed that, there are two contactors and these two having the same polarity terminal in energising part. I think may be the servo is not switching on bcz of contactor with same energising polarity. Is it possible that the contactor coil has same polarity? Why bcz it's a second hand robot and I reviewed the wiring. So please help me to get my servo power ON

The contactors for MRC robots are 220 volt AC so the polarity does not matter. The servo on signal comes for the MTU card. You could have a bad MTU card. If you have two contactors you could have a European version robot that uses a MEU card. This card can be bad as well.

Hii,
I mean that the wiring is like two positive voltage of 24v given in energising coil of one contactor and both the end of coil is negative in another contactor
