the axis 3 motor vibrates during welding operations, so i have replaced a file in c\krc\roboter\config\user\common\mada\ngaxis\ctrlA3...
this ctrl a3 file earlier had 400v data now i have changed it to 440v...but still no solution...

Controller model? Arm model? KSS version?
Is this a new robot? What's its history?
Also, if this wasn't happening on all six axes, the voltage settings are unlikely to be the root cause. You may also cause damage to the servos by tampering with this setting.
What supply voltage are you providing to the controller? What transformer configuration are you using? -
model KRC4 mid size controller .yes it is new robot hardly 3 months in production.

reset offset and symmetry?.... or is that not a thing on KRC4s??

So, this robot was running properly for ~3 months, and only started having this issue now? Then the voltage is NOT the issue - you need to have the A3 motor checked. I would recommend running an O-Scope diagnostic on the A3 traces while the robot moves.
