We have a fanuc 120i robot with a controller rj3 and we are trying to start the welding process, when testing the digital signals we have tested the DO1 = SWITCH ON
D02 = SELENOID IGNITION
D04 = WIRE +
D05 = WIRE -
The instant of activating wire path signals, the signal is immediately lost with the power wave 455r, ie the signal instead of activating the path of the wire causes the power wave 455r to be switched off and then turned back on again. Find offline error ARC 045 in Teach Pendant, to correct this mistakes we have gone to the program power wave manager and we have noticed that we have an error within the same which says:
Error: 0x6311-WFS feedback was out of bounds possibly due to noise
Description: The fead head circuit board detected noise on the wire feed speed (WFS) FeedBack Signall.Check the calbe connection to the feed head.
Solution 1.- Check feed head control cable routing and connections
Solution 2.- Check tachometer interface board
Solution 3.- Replace Module.
Despite the solutions described here, we can not and do not know how to advance. It would be very helpful to collaborate. We are a group of young Ecuadorian emperndedores who need to start operations.
