Would like to seek your advice regarding on some of our robot concern.
Right now, they we are encountering various types of error on IRB 660
These are the lists of error they encounter in a single day.
1. Revolution axis not updated. event message ( Commonly happened )
2. SMB communication failure. event message 38101
3. System failure state. event message 10014
4. Program stop. event message 10125
5. Corner path failure. Event message 50024
6. Drive transistor current high. Event message 34309
Counter measure done:
-set the outputs in to correct position and recalibrate all axis into 0 position and start to run again.
The machine will run but the problem occur again, I’ve tried to calibrate it 2 times and the last error was the number 6.
-visual inspection on all cables - no damage cable found
-swapping of signal and power cables
-swapping of some module inside the IRC5 controller (please see attach)
-Replacement of new Battery Pack
*Still no positive result.
