Hi,
I have an IRB 660 and several times a day the last few days we've had the robot stop in the middle of the routine. The teach pendant doesn't show any obvious error like a safety gate issues or motion supervision, it just sits at the same line. Leaving the robot in Auto I just press the play button on the pendant and the robot slowly executes the next few movements before carrying on at a normal speed. This doesn't happen every time but when it does occur it always occurs at the same spot. The only warning in the event log I see is "10125: Program Stopped". The online manual has no recommended actions to fix this.
Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas? I'm fairly new to robotics and ABB robotics in general so don't have a lot of experience to draw on.
