Hi guys n all robot expert programmers..
I have dx200 controller, in cn307 there are 8 output signal when I force from programming pendant its going highlighted n relay pick sound am hearing, but am not getting 0v signal in cn 307 Honda connection, connection drawing as per manual,..plss solve my issue thanku in advance...
...its my second time facing
Once handling robot once arc welding now,
But in handling robot I got 0v when run the ' hand on' instruction, wat abt now...
Pls give exact reply...
Shall I edit user ladder or system ladder..

CN309 has relay outputs. Please hire a qualified electrician to help you connect I/O to the robot.
Also, please remember we on this forum do this in our spare time. We all have full time jobs and lives outside of working with robots. If you need help with your robot in an emergency please call the support line for that robot company. We will get back to you if we have an idea as to how to help you, sometimes this takes a few days.

Sorry, my mistake. CN307 is what I meant to type. CN307 has relay outputs. Even the picture you provided shows the same thing. There is no voltage from the robot provided on the outputs of this connector. You must provide a voltage to one of the two terminals used for relay contacts. Please remember these contacts are only good for a maximum of 24 volts and .5 amp.
