I am trying to connect a sensor to dx100. How do I connect the signal from the sensor to dx100? How is the hardware connection. I tried finding a Manual but was not able to find one.

BTW, using the 4th point (offset to the first origin), what kinds of applications are available? I know the RTCP. what else are available in the real applications?
What about a vision system? A fixture camera can be the 4th point and the three points (3 point user frame) can be automatically aligned with the moved/rotated work piece? So, they can do the visual inspection system?

Hello all,
I worked lot with ABB Fanuc and Kawasaki robots. I did few projects with motoman robot. Actually i have 46 welding points in my job and the job is placed in the fixture for welding. If the fixture was distributed or moved to some other locations i don't want to teach the points again. User frame is the perfect solution in other robots.
when i asked regarding this to the motoman programmer he told that UF is only to JOG and we cant use in program. is that true? If it's true how to over come this issues. when i read old threads people are talking about relative motion. what it mean? is this paid option in motoman?

Parallel shift works for program shift, but u should do all programs for parallel shift
Hello everybody, i´m working a migwelding cell, i´ve worked weaving in kuka robots but never in yaskawa and want to know if is possible weaving in spiral? or double eigth? the robot is mh12 with controller dx200 and fronius 5000 synergic.

Goto arc welding option u vl get everything... Amplitude n frequency, use instrtuction from information list button weave...

I want to use "4 POINT TEACHING FUNCTION". I read manual it but i couldn't active this function. what parameter must i change?
I change parameter "S2C366: Designation of the 4 Point Teaching Function" but i couldn't see this function in Job Content and UTILITY menu.
Wat u looking exactly?? For TCP purpose u r teaching 4 point teaching??

Hi All,
Is anyone using FSU with DX200?
Can someone confirm if GETTOOL and SETTOOL work with FSU in auto mode? Does change to tool data allowed at all without restarting the controller?
My info is, that these are not allowed on DX200 with FSU. Please someone confirm this.

How to change user ladder n system ladder..
