After establishing a home position register on An RJ2 (GM) controller I receive endless warnings of the subject line. I does not effect the operation but annoys me.
May manual does not even list this warning. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? Please and thank you.

Not sure this helps, as it's for R-30iA, but the description I have for APSH-092 is: "Site-specific alarm caused by changes made for customer".
Even if you have an R-30iA that doesn't help very much I'm afraid.

Judging by the title of your post, does your robot not have a HOMEIO program in it?
The HOMEIO program is a non-group lock program that runs once anytime the robot reaches a home position. You could just create an empty one and I bet it would get rid of the error.

...You could just create an empty one and I bet it would get rid of the error.I had the same thing and this solved it. On mine the program had to be spelled like this: HOME_IO

Again with the awesome help. That did solve the problem. Thanks to all.
