Help me please. I'm trying to import a file with the extension .stp in MotoSim, but after long minutes of waiting there is an error and the file is not downloaded. What to do?

With EG-VRC, I've had the best luck with ACIS (*.sat) files. I've been told by Motoman support to favor this format as well. I mainly get my models exported from SolidWorks.

    Hello.

    The version MotoSim 2015SP3

The problem with MotoSim as follows: there is 3D model prepared in Solid. If I load a model in .sat format, the item is inserted completely and I can not split it?
If inserted into the Solid program format, you can not collect the parts into a single device?
When the load of the positioner model, how to make it spin and how to do that I could calibrate it, and write a program for it?
When loading models of parts in MotoSim they are at the origin like me to place them at the right distance, direction and point (as it should be for the project)?

Thank you very much in advance.
