Hello, everyone, I have a controller of KR C4, I now want to some of the data transmission via ETHERNETKRL this software to my computer, I installed the software according to the directions after KST_EthernetKRL_22_en setting, still failed to open the channel, I hope you can give me some more simple steps in more detail.Thank you very much!!!!!!

KSS version? Network Configuration? XML file configuration? Is the robot server or host? How is your KRL program configured?

    KSS Version = V8.3.20
Network connection KLI interface, IP: 172.31.1.147, PC IP: 172.31.1.1, can ping
The XML configuration and KRL program is based on sample configuration within the software,
    Robot to do the server.
I'm not really familiar with the network, so look at the documentation "KST_EthernetKRL_22_en" did not fully understand, so I hope someone can give me a more detailed example.thank you

I according to the post set up, then run the SRC program, prompt "Ethernet connection to
External system failed. "I set my steps now, hope to be able to point out my mistakes:
1 "XmlServer" copy the XML file to the directory: C: \ KRC \ ROBOTER \ Config \ User \ Common \ EthernetKRL
2 copy "XmlServer" SRC Program to the directory: KRC, R1, the Program
Three connection cables, robot IP: 172.31.1.147 255.255.0.0, PC IP: 172.31.1.1 255.255.0.0
4 open EthernetKRL_Server. Exe, set the port 54600, click the start button, prompted "listening 172.31.1.1" "waiting connection"
5 run "XmlServer" SRC applications, prompted the Ethernet connection to
    External system failed"
Please tell me which step set up under the wrong or leak is not set???????

    "Three connection cables" ???

Suggest you install Wireshark or similar packet-capture software on the remote PC, and log all traffic the the EKI port. This will allow you to see the packet-level TCP/IP traffic.

Possible issue with your PC firewall -- try turning it off temporarily. May be necessary to create explicit exception for the Server program.

Well, of course it doesn't work if you configure both PC and the controller as a server. If you start the XmlServer on the controller, you need a client in the PC that connects to 172.31.1.147:54600. The EthernetKRL_Server isn't a client.

I do not understand the network knowledge, for EthernetKRL packages within the document did not understand, so hasn't been configured successfully.Because the package is too big to upload. Now I'm hand up the documentation and sample program, I hope you can help me have a look at, to guide me configuration EthernetKRL, thank you very much.(maybe this request is too)
