Hi,
I have an NX100/HP20-A10 robot programmed (via macro) to run a circular pattern (set the centre point and insert radius/gun angle)
At a certain segment along the circumference the travel speed is reduced significantly
I have noticed that it is always at a point where the majority of the movement is coming from the R axis
I have tested the program on another robot and the travel speed is constant around the complete circular pattern (ruling out a programming error)
Can anyone suggest a method to test the R axis servo motor/encoder? Should the controller be indicating an error if it is not travelling at the programmed speed?
Thanks
