Have you tried contacting local ABB support with robot serial number?
-
please some one give me a irb140 robot key
-
It's not as simple as copying the key file from one machine to another. The key is based on what options are in the machine - if you add a package, you need to get another key file. It's also a form of copy protection.

Hi amir65esf,
Iowan is correct, you should contact your local ABB support. Which controller you're using?

I know I am late to this dance, but, I had a similar issue not too long ago. ABB will help to the extent it can with recreating the original job. It isn't cheap. If your system will be in use more than year, it will pay to get the back-ups recreated to avoid future issues.

Is ABB supporting S4C+
Not for much longer?

I don't think they'll tell you to go pounce just because you have an S4C+, they will usually try and help as much as they can.
With S4C+ the main issue will be spare parts which is why they have an incentive for people who want to upgrade their controllers to IRC5.ABB won't recreate any backups, they can however (depending on how old the system is) either:
A) Download the last known key for your system from their database (this can be done by the local organization).
B) Re-generate the keys based on the last known information (this usually have to be done by the mothership).
