We were loading a Pallet Pro job (from roboguide) into the robot and if we load original back up files it runs fairly well. We needed to adjust some things to prevent the occasional box crush. In Pallet Pro we adjusted box dimensions, number of layers, and approach, of one style unit load and downloaded to the robot. The result was quite different than the simulation. It appears that it went to a one box drop (vs a 3/2) with an offset (75mm x and y)from the corner of the pallet? What in the world could we be doing (or not doing) to change all that?

You have missed something. Go back and take another look.

My best guess is when you went to adjust the approach, you probably got a popup box saying something about This unit load was created with a xxx gripper... Do you want to reset the Configuration Cycle grid? And you said yes. Then it would reset the drop sequence to what Pallet Tool decided it wanted to. This is what the popup box would look like. See attached.

So from this information, it would appear I should select no or do something else??
