See attachment. Getting multiple errors most of which are your general errors, the main error were concerned with is the joint position. We've been having this trouble out of the robot for more than 2 weeks. We've changed robots, cables, Relays, and control boards. They have fixed some issues but have caused others but ultimately we can't get this robot to cycle more than 15 min without faulting.
Abb Irb 4400 joint position errors.

You changed robots? I've seen faulty brakes/relays cause this, but if different robots are displaying the same error...

Is it always axis 2? If so, swap the middle servo amp with one from either side and see if the problem moves to another axis.
Also: Is contactor K3 working properly and wired correctly? Have you tried swapping the DC-Link? Check the bleeder resistor & wires back to the DC-Link. If you changed the robot-to-controller motor cable, did you check the contacts in the mating connections to make sure none were pushed in?
What are the circumstances when this error occurs? Does it happen while it's in motion, while it's stopped, jogging, in Auto, only while extended out, etc.?
Even though the manipulator was swapped: Is it near or over capacity? EOAT cables snagging or if used, a bad overhead tool balancer. Collision?
What model year is the controller?
Sorry for the many questions, hope you found the problem already.
