(KRC4, KSS 8.3.20)
I think I've been staring at my teach pendant too long. Because I have no idea WTF is happening here.
Suddenly, the $H_POS assignment in my Home move has stopped working, giving me a "Command Inadmissible" (code 1375) error. But these programs were all fine just a few hours ago. And no changes made to the robot in the meantime.
A normal KUKA templated HOME move, built in automatically any time you create a new "normal" Module, looks like this:
;FOLD PTP HOME Vel=30 % DEFAULT;%{PE}%R 8.3.32,%MKUKATPBASIS,%CMOVE,%VPTP,%P 1:PTP, 2:HOME, 3:, 5:30, 7:DEFAULT
$BWDSTART=FALSE
PDAT_ACT=PDEFAULT
FDAT_ACT=FDEFAULT
BAS(#PTP_PARAMS,30)
$H_POS=XHOME
PTP XHOME
;ENDFOLD
Which is exactly what I have. But suddenly the $H_POS=XHOME line won't run. I've even tried creating a new module from scratch just for the Home folds, and they won't run either. $H_POS and XHOME are both present and available in the robot. There's no strange errors present. Heck, I even tried elevating my login, just for lack of any better ideas. And a full cold boot. No dice.
There has GOT to be something stupid simple I'm overlooking. But in 20+ years, I have to admit I've never seen this one. Any thoughts?
