I Am programming a new tool 5 every thing is done the only thing that I Am struggling is to figure how to fix this alarm I think
is has to do with the safe I/O connect, when I switch DO1011 (tool 5 ) ON DO1010 (master) should switch off automatically as it does with tools 1 to 4.
Any help is appreciated

Check your BG logic to see if it is configured there you may have to edit. Also I would go to the Interconnect I/O and check to see if the other outputs for Tool 1-4 are mapped and then replicate with Tool 5.

I created the cell in ROBOGUIDE from a the robot backup, after I edited the BG logic looks like it is finally working fine the only thing that now when I load the
cell in ROBOGUIDE I get an error !ROBOGUIDE was unable to automatically apply DCS parameters. DCS parameters can be applied by manually from the teach pendant.
That this means that there is some thing wrong with the settings?Thank you

I'm assuming you have switches on on your tool changer and also assuming you have a safety plc.
You need to define a tool when all the sensors are off
This virtual tool will take care of the transitions between the other tools.
As a safety precaution make that tool huge -

Go through the DCS procedure on RoboGuide. Apply the changes and cycle the controller (in RoboGuide).Sent from my SM-G900P using Tapatalk
