I have a Motoman robot that is used for light assembly. There was a power outage and when the power came back on the robot had lost its programs. We sent the Controller, Pendant and Pendant Cable out for inspection and testing. The unnamed company that we sent it to hooked up everything in their shop to a presumably similar robot and all of the programs were present. They tested all of the programs and everything ran nonstop for 14 hours. They sent it back saying that it ran for 14 hours without an issue and they do not know what went wrong. When it arrived back in our factory and we hooked it up, there were no programs nor could we seem to load any....still, and had the same error as when it was shipped out. "Alarm 0330 Verify Error (Application)". Whenever I try to reset the alarm, I simply receive the error, "Cannot Reset Major Alarm". So is there something wrong with the actual robot or what? Any assistance advice or comments are very welcome.

Hi MatthewHeindel
Welcome to the robot-forum
What you mind specifying what kind of controller do you have ?

I have an NXC100 Yaskawa Controller. But to reiterate the controller was sent out saying no programs, and a couple weeks later when it was at the shop it had everything and a few weeks after when we got it back, there was nothing again. The memory even says "0 bytes used". Its very confusing.

When was the last time you changed the battery in the controller?
