Change the user to EXPERT , on drive D you have all the files for installation, but i do not think that is your problem.
It looks like you do not have the EMS memory driver loaded or you have insufficient RAM. How long does it take for the KRC to boot??? anything over 5 minutes and you have not enough RAM, so add some and see if it gets rid of that problem.
    Regards,
    Tom
    P.S.
Thinking back at my days of servicing computers for a living, replace the RAM modules, i do remember getting that "not enough memory" on some systems that RAM seemed ok, but was actually not ok.

    Hello tommylight

thanks for comment,i have changed the RAMs of Main board also ,But the problem is active ,
to test i have install another robot image (not for this robot ),in Boot up phase i don't see this error message, and KRC will open completely without any problem with current hardware !
what does it means EMS memory?

    Regards

If you used the image of another robot on this hardware, and that eliminated the problem, then the issue is software. The good news is, you can probably keep the "good" robot image on this robot, and simply restore a full Archive of this robot from before the issue began. That should fix everything.

I agree with SkyeFire, so if the working image is from the same type of robot, just do a full restore, that is Machine and Program restore. That is it.
If it is for a different type of robot, try the installation from the D drive in EXPERT mode, or use the working image and do the installation from the D drive but use the type of robot you have during installation.
    Regards,
    Tom
