Hello.
I have a Kr2, he's not booting and only gets this low screen.
Start 10%
And the red LED on the PLC blinks.
What could it be?
Sorry for my English.

What is this robot's history? What changes have been made to it between now and the last time it ran properly?
Most often, this happens when KSS needs to be re-installed.
-
The motherboard was replaced a few days.

Olá Aloysio ;

Did the robot work properly after the new motherboard was installed? Or did it begin showing this problem immediately?
Possibly the new motherboard is defective. But it would be less arduous to try re-installing KSS first.

The problem that I only have a robot and not to test another making trading cards.
Not to reinstall the KSS because the PC crashes by 10%, so it is impossible to install and also can not do the boot from the CD-ROM. -
You can boot to Windows, and prevent KSS from starting, by plugging in a keyboard and holding down the Shift key during boot. Once you have the Windows Desktop without KSS, you should be able to do anything you need.

I've done this procedure.
When you connect your PC keyboard connects and then immediately stops working.
It's like the PC refuses the keyboard. -
conect um teclado lique o robo e fique apertando f8
escolha modo de segurança
tire o kcr do modo de inicialização do windows
reinicie
instale o kcp de novo. pelo painel de controle, com disco tem um arguivo no d: instalar monitor
reinstal o kcr dentro do d: tambem tem um arquivo para reinstalarconnect a keyboard to the robot and keep pressing f8
choose Safe Mode
take the KCR windows startup mode
restart
install kcp again. Control panel with disc has a arguivo in d: install monitor
reinstal the KCR within the d: also has a file to reinstallreinicie e veja se funciona
rebot and be hapy -
Yes, booting Windows to Safe Mode will also work.
Or, you could try using the keyboard to enter the BIOS menu, and select which device to Boot from (this is a temporary setting that is reset once the robot is rebooted again, but it works). This would allow you to boot from a recovery CD, or even from a floppy.
If the keyboard issue is hardware, to the point that you can't even enter the BIOS menu, I can only suggest trying an alternative keyboard type -- USB or PS/2.

Hi,
We have the same issues at two Kuka machines.
But luckily, we have no damaged parts.
We just took all card out and clean it then it is OK.
In worst case, maybe the MFC/DSE or main board is a problem.
Best Regards / Good luck
