I have a Borunte A1820 robot, it's new,
I'm having a problem where the robot doesn't change coordinates, in Word the +z goes up ok, it was expected, when I change to ToolC, the z should follow the tcp, but it seems like it's going in the same coordinate system as the world, I tried tool0, I created a tool1 at 90 degrees to tool0 and nothing, no matter the tool it doesn't go, does anyone know of a variable that could be turned off and that's why it doesn't change the coordinate system?

tire o kcr do modo de inicialização do windows
reinicie
instale o kcp de novo. pelo painel de controle, com disco tem um arguivo no d: instalar monitor
reinstal o kcr dentro do d: tambem tem um arquivo para reinstalar

connect a keyboard to the robot and keep pressing f8
choose Safe Mode
take the KCR windows startup mode
restart
install kcp again. Control panel with disc has a arguivo in d: install monitor
reinstal the KCR within the d: also has a file to reinstall

reinicie e veja se funciona

most now need to change the oil robo
the axis 5 and 6 was easy
the axis 4 to
the axis 3 and 2 I can not find where or drains which enter the oil
on axis 1 I found the drain but cant find Were insert the oil
