im doing welding in irb 2600 robot
i manually program robot to move through certain cordinate points,when i run it in auto mode it is deviating from its actual position by 5-10 cms
what should i do..?

Need a little more info. You are using FINE Zones or Z1? Are all positions moves and arcs out the same amount?
Could be your TCP? -
Could be a few things.
Using wrong TCP to teach points
WorkObject is being offset somewhere in the program
Vision (If you use it) was not active while teaching the points
Universal offset of points is being done somewhere.
