Hi,
do not use the INI Fold in the beginning of your subprogram. It contains advance run stopping instructions and hence no approximation move is possible.

I sometimes had issues doing that, if I needed to directly select and run the sub-program for testing purposes. For situations like that, I generally included the INI fold, but put it inside a IF-BCO check, prefaced with a CONTINUE. That did the trick nicely.
