Actually it's not that easy if there are obstacles and danger of collision. You would need to know the layout of the cell and the tool configuration, and then run path planning from point A to point B to avoid collisions.

You could have in your main program and "Home Check" sequence. where it will check if you are not home and if you are not you could have a message appear on the screen asking if it is safe to continue to home from your current location. This could cause an issue with crashing if someone decided to send the robot home without it being clear but at least this way you have to have human interaction to hopefully make sure that the robot will not just go through a wall.

Check is the robot in home if not in home i use messagequit and comunicate
to operator, robot not in home select T1 and move robot in home
