I have a KRC4 with spot welding gun. Our welding gun before closing with correct force, uses in first 10-20 ms some quite excessive force, even double value. But the final value is OK. Were it some normal servo, I would look for PID loop tweaking, but with KRC4 I'm lost, I don't know where to look. I received only advice to recalibrate force of the gun, but it doesn't help - I guess the calibration deals only with the "final" value, which is OK in my case. Any hint where should I look?
