I am afraid this is not the place where you will get this kind of information...
You will have to follow a fanuc-course to learn this, it is too much information to handle on a forum.
And when you learned and get a problem, then there are plenty people to help you out.
It's really not thee kind of things that could be explain on a forum, it tooks too much text.
But just to give you an overview:
1- You need to calibrate the location of both robots (from the other) to make coordination possible (need reference document)
Then you will have few possibilities of program configuration that depends the final use of it.
(both robots doing the same jobs, 1 robot master, other slave, etc...)
