I'm working on the IRB 6400 with s4 controller & tucking in the error 20020 & 37001
20020- Two channel status time out
37001 Motor On contactor did not activate

If this is happening when you are programming manually (pulling in the enabling switch on the teach pendant), I would suggest that you look to see if there is something wrong with the teach pendant. The two seem like they're probably related. Motors on happens (among other causes) when both channels in the enabling switch are pulled at the same time. The situation I'm describing is a safety feature.

I had replaced the TP. But it is now showing only the 37001(contactor activate error). While I'm Pressing TPs dead man KM1 & 3 are operating .But no response from Km2. Please add your comments. -
Sounds like one of the motor contactors is either bad or the aux block is not making the proper connections. When you pull in the deadman and the system tries to activate the 2 motor contactors it has a 2 channel check that runs through both to make sure they pulled in and pulled in quickly enough. You'll need the prints but start there. You can start with a basic visual check, pull the deadman while watching the contactors and verify they both activate. If one does not start troubleshooting there. If they both do and then deactivate start checking the signals on the aux blocks.
