shorting PS2 ports is likely to kill motherboard. replacement board may be bad too, but - maybe all it needs is a little push - check motherboard manual and pinout for PWR_ON. you will need to short it briefly (to get the motherboard to boot) then enter BIOS and load defaults. of course save and exit...

thanks for your reply panic mode!!
i try to short PWR_ON in mother board but FAN spinning a minute and stop.
, KCP display is on and stop in minute too, so i can't enter BIOS Setup.
Yesterday i buy new mother board and i replace mother board as new one. but result is same.
in this case, have mother board no problem? then what is problem? -
well, hard to tell....
it could be:
1. PSU or it's wiring (supply power connector burned or contact oxidized or deformed)
2. CPU or its cooling
3. RAM
4. motherboard
5. one or the cards
6. one of the driveswhen debugging PCs It is a common practice to remove all drives and cards and keep things to a minimum (motherboard, regular VGA card, ram, CPU, keyboard and monitor) and gradually add more components... good luck

Are there other messages besides the "Power Module Not Plugged In" messages?
The communications from the MFC use a series of white RJ45 cables, but the connection is Interbus, not TCP/IP. This means that the communications are daisy-chained -- you will find a cable from the MFC to the KPS, followed by one from the KPS to KSD-1, from KSD-1 to KSD-2, and so on. If one of these cables is not connected properly, all the modules "downstream" will lose communications. If there are no messages relating to the MFC or DSE card, then a collection of "power module" errors for all 6 modules suggests an issue with the cable between the MFC and the KPS, or between the KPS and KSD-1.
Sometimes this group of messages can be caused by a bad MFC card or a bad KPS, but in either of those cases, there should be an error message specific to those components.
Also: DO NOT MOVE THE MFC CARD TO A DIFFERENT ISA SLOT. The MFC card needs to be in one specific ISA slot -- moving it can cause KSS to be unable to find it.

thanks your reply SkyeFire. i think you are genius!
as you can see my topic.
i shorting PS2 ports. so i can't boot my computer before.
so i replace motherboard, power supply as new ones.
and i can boot my computer.but.
i don't touch any cables in cabinet. like KPS to KSD-1, from KSD-1 to KSD-2,...
just MFC card and connected cable to MFC card touched ...i try cold start. then on error message "Drivebus DSE 1 participant No 1 does not exist', 'Internal error 2005014902('H3', 'H71B2')
what are they mean? and what do i do?and i realize that moving MFC card is bad. From now on I'll be careful.
Thanks.
