Robot: Kuka Agilus KR 10 R1100 sixx
Controller: KR C4 compact
KSS 8.3.8
WoV 3.1.5 build12 (but also with 3.0.8)
Hi, first time posting on this forum but hopefully someone can help me with this problem of mine
The pneumatic valves on the Kuka robot arm (EM8905-1001) have decided to mostly stop working
I vaguely remember them working last week, at least partially, but then in the process of trying to get the EK1100 IO to work we somehow broke it
After wiring the X11 to get the EK1100 working, and upgrading WoV 3.0.8 to 3.1.5 to run a workvisual file checked over by a Kuka person, the pneumatic valves no longer respond when I manually change values in the Input/Output display on the controller. Flipping the values at random will however sometimes affect a change on the valves, but not in a way that makes sense nor is immediately reversible. I've tried all combinations of downgrading WoV and using the old WoV file versus the one Kuka Help provided us, as well as unplugging the X11 and/or reloading the base project, and yet the problem persists very confused.
Only other thing I can think to mention is that when I deploy the WoV file, save the Safety Configuration, or reconfigure my IO drives, I get the following error:
Ackn.: Safe Device Communication error KUKA Servo Pack sr (KSP061 sr)
Been trying to solve this problem for a week and a half now, If anyone can provide some insight i'd be super grateful
