In the project that I am currently working on, I have 5 different programs that can be called from the cell program. Usually, the robot will move back to the home position, before it exits the sub-program and returns to the cell-program.
Once in a while (rather seldom), an error will occur, and the sub-program will exit without moving the robot back to the home position. Because of this, I want to have a "in_home" check every time I return to the cell program, and if the robot is not in the home position, then the operator should be forced to move it to the home position manually in T1/T2, and then put it back in auto ext mode again afterwards.
Is this possible?
The problem might be solved with an automatic homing program that can take the robot home from anywhere in the cell, but I would rather not have to implement this, as it will become rather complex...
