I have a robot motoman MRC sk6. Robot is operating normally appear suddenly after the fault line: P.P alarm: 20. I turn off power and turn on again but display on teach pendant not light. I measured the power while maintaining normal 200V 3 phase. Please help me resolve this error...Thanks

Most generally it is the Pendant or the Pendant cable ....

Then It may be the JANCD-MSP02 board inside the cabinet.

Could be that something is pulled down the CPS. I would start with shock sensor, and then I/O connections and unplug. Restart the controller to see if it goes away. Other alarms may pop up. No big deal. If the PP20 goes away. Plug the cables in one at a time. Restart. Problem go away, that is the problem cable. Problem didn't go away, try next cable.

Thanks all.. I have relsove this truoblem. The reason by cabinet of shock. It is broken and touching the robot itself makes 24v power failure.
