i have a IRB 4400 robot. When the L axis of robot is near down singualrity position. I can't move L axes of the robot go up. At same time, when I move the axle shaft 2 up then the robot's head go down. Robot display error 50056: Joint collision error.
help with ABB IRB 4400..

Did you try to release the brake by brake pushbotton? Maybe the brake's motor is locked.
