The 2040 alarm is over current with the S axis highlighted, so it could be the servo pack, the motor or the wiring, or it can be caused by the 5210 alarm.
The 5210 alarm is System alarm and the 51 in square brackets [51] means there are many alarms coming up at the same time and the processor can tell what is causing the problem.Does it always come up in Japanese? Do you get this alarm all the time? You may have to initialize it and reload your backup.

Robots are operating normally suddenly fails. because the language of robots in Japanese which I'm not fluent in Japanese so difficult to handle. If the english language can I can re-install it again. Is there any way to help me handle this error is not.
Thanks -
Can anyone give me advice in this case I should re-initialize robot system like. There must re-initialize all files as all files, job data, CIO LADDER, Para files, .... or just re-initialize which files to restore the CMOS.
Thanks! -
If the alarm just comes up as the robot is running, it could be a problem with the internal wire harness. Motoman stopped supporting the MRC platform last year so there are no more harnesses for this robot. Basically it's at the end of its life cycle and should be put down.
As for the language in Japaneses, the MRC robots had versions of software that are one language only or a choice of two languages (Japanese/English, French/English...) without knowing what chip set is in your robot I have no way of knowing if you can change the language. Try and get your local Motoman service rep to come in and help you. They may not have parts but they should still support customers.
