I need to implement some form of security on all of my Fanuc robots. We have been experiencing operators touching up points, changing parameters and basically wreaking havoc on production equipment. I would like ideas on how to keep operators able to see errors on TP, reset if needed, sometimes they need the ability to toggle an output or in the extreme situation maybe moving a robot home. I know training and more intuitive programming will keep their needs low, I just need a "quick" response to upper managements LOCK EM DOWN statement. Can I implement "levels" of security or is it simply a password lock.
