hi,JP
It was a long topic, however, your info. causes my attention. as you said, you know the unique ID of every screen.
if possible, can you share it with us?
thanks in advance
chander_hxjtry this on the pendant hit menu>0>8 (browse) select Error/Diagnostic File then TP2Menu.DG or TPMenu.DG this should give the id. you should see the soft part ID and Screen ID
you will need both of them.
Hope this help

best way to keep the program from anyone seeing is pretty simple its call DELETE
If you delete it then no one will be able to see it and then you can say that was a flawless program -
you can call Leoni and request information on TCP calibration system 248-484-5500 or visit there website Leoni.com

I know you said you look at IO , I sometime see my guys tend to over look interconnect in IO.
Did you happen to look and compare your interconnect IO as you may have the weld enable tied to another IO -
Agree with RacerMike on E-stop , I was told by an intergrator and my own control team that an E-Stop is best tied to the light screen for safety reason which I disagree with them. Would you ever consider driving on the Freeway and then just slaming on to your breaks and the answer would more likely be No and that is how I look at an E-stop. I have 2 cell next to each other I change one to control stop and left one on E-stop and ask my boss to stop by and look at it. Broke the light screen on the Control Stop he saw how smooth it stop. Broke the light screen on E-stop he goes holy s*#% and they wonder why we have robots coming out of the ground. Told my boss thats how these guys been setting up all these robots before I even got hired in , the boss told me change it to control stop

Some time just regular write protect on the tp or Marco will trow of an operator preventing them from touching up or adding points. But that can be easily change

You can assign different level of activity on each level of users once the password is enable
by opening up a note pad on your pc and use the example below
once you are done save as password.xml<!-- Password configuration file
-->
- <PASSWORD>
<SCREEN level="0" sp_id="23" scrn_id="1" access="1" rw_access="1" />
</PASSWORD>Screen level 0 does not required password but the abilities to do anything is very limited but they can view all
Programmer level on default is also limited can teach points add points but if im not mistaken they can't even toggle i/o and nothing in system menu
Setup Level has little limitation
I do not know if it will be against Fanuc copyright or forum rules to post a list of all the ability on each level
Sp_1d and Scrn_ID are basically the menu and sub menu of every screen. Each screen has a unique ID
I do not know if i can post all the unique ID of each screen or not
The Unique ID screen I have is for ARC MATE for other application I can try to get later onso if any of the veteran member know if I can post the list or not please let me know
Once you write all the different access code as above example
you can load it in to robot by login in to the install Level and Password.xml on MC card
Make sure your device is set to MC on robot teach pendant
once login you may have to press next button for config
in config screen you should see verify if you press verify you should see password.xml on the list
you can verify first to make sure there is no error then import
sample code below just allow your operator to change register number is all -
are you looping the program if not do you have a home_io routine you should try and use home io to reset everything or you can insert and abort command at the end of home.
-
it sound that your IO is not config for the welder
-
Ray is right dont just increase max pressure more then what the gun is rated for when i post the reply i was assuming your gun setup maybe under pressure
-
did you try increasing max Pressure in your Servo Gun General SETUP
-
if that continue to happen i would suggest checking the grease on axis 2 and 3 to see if there is any type of shaving or glitter in the grease, if it is you may have a bad (RV) gear drive for which ever axis it is that show most grease. A I seen alot of that with refurbish and under size robot

SRVO-115 Limit error
if that is the one try to reteach that points or try to use Joint motion
