I have a multitasking system with two welding robots in each task and one positioner station i another task

Ok, if you have this error and works with 2 robots and one positioner station, there are some points to have attention.
I supposed that your system works with semi-coordinated movements, then it uses instruction WaitSyncTask, finepoints, actunit etc...
