help Pana AW8006 error

    I have change error to English. It's mean ENCODER HOLDING VOLGATE ABNORMALITY RT. i have change Cable motor and encoder RT to UA but error not change. I also change SERVOPACK of RT & RW by a Servopack other but error not change. If anyone has encountered this error can share with me...Thanks

    Check or replace encoder battery, and reset encoder.

    Do not change encoder cable, when you disconnect the cable, maybe absolute data in encoder be lost and you will get an error message like the picture whenever press servo on.

    AW8006 and aw05c use the same scheme to reset encoder, i think you know how to reset.

    RT motor of AW8006 about 550W, RW is about 80W. If you change the servopack, it can lead the RW motor to be fired up.

    I have check power 5v and battery 3.2V on encoder of motor RT. I also check battery on robot and battery on control cabinet. It still 3.6V. I just have not reser encoder. I will try tomorrow. I want to ask a question for reset encoder I will link reset wire and 0V wire of battery?

    I don't remember exactly the pin number of reset pin.
    The error relate to ENCODER, so, just check carefully encoder and specially the battery, don't need to check main battery or others.
    REMEMBER THAT: if you disconnect the encoder cable of motor in some minutes (can be 30 minutes or sometimes just 1 second), you will get the error in picture because the encoder lost its absolute data.

    I can't sure that 10 and 16 can be used to reset or not :grmpf:. In my case some year ago, I used others pin which i don't remember clearly now :tired:, they don't stand in same side of connector as 10&16 in your case.
