Hai friends
Any experts help me on this
Do you mean that you are using RoboTeam/Cooperative Motion? Are these two robots linked together?
Error 1205 usually indicates a hardware issue with the MFC or DSE. Have any of the cables been damaged, or subjected to electrical discharge?
What model controller and what version KSS?
Thanks a lot skyefire,
I have changed MFC as well as DSE.
Can you please tell me which cables I need to check. because while running the robot in a day this error is coming 6 to 7 times
I am using KRC2 controller & 6.10 Kss Version.
Thanks
- Follow-up message to status message "Watchdog interpolation cycle <axis number>".
- DSE did not get a new position value from kernel system for this axis.
- Path-maintaining braking.
- All active commands inhibited.
- Output "$ALARM_STOP" has signal level 0.
- Acknowledge message.
- Check pugs of DSE on MFC and MFC on motherboard (loose connection).
- If this does not work, exchange DSE or MFC.
I assume pugs means plugs this is from the message manager for message number 1205
could be a bad connection in one of the plugs on the DSE or MFC
