i have a robot kr16 , and i want to connect a relay to cut with a machine of plasma,i know that the outputs are the red, but how to configure the connections ? ,and the robot ?
thanks

The Wago bus coupler appears to be DeviceNet. How is is connected to the robot now?
Assuming that you are using the MFC card DeviceNet port in the KRC as the DeviceNet Master, the bus configuration should be simple:
1. Connect DeviceNet cable between Wago and MFC card. Terminate properly with resistors at each end
2. configure file DEVNET.INI:
The baudrate setting and macid must match what is set on the physical DIP switches on the wago module.
Configure the IOSSYS.INI file:
1. Uncomment the line DEVNET=2,dnInit,dn2drv.o by removing the semicolon character from the first column
2. Assuming that the yellow-tagged slices are inputs, the Wago block should appear to the robot as one byte of polled input, and one byte of polled output.
This should connect the Wago inputs to $IN[801] through $IN[808], and the Wago outputs to $OUT[801] through $OUT[808].
hello , i connect a module wago 750-306 , and configure the "iosys.ini" just like you said, and i have the problem , the robot say "error to write in the driver DN2DRV"
i have a question about the MACid and baudrate, i dont know how to obtain the macid and the baudrate,
there is:
0 1 2 3 4 5
2 2 2 2 2 2 off/off 125kb
MAC ID on/off 250kb
off/on 500kb
on/on -
and a switch
N 0652
-- __ -- __ __ __ __ --
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
-- = up
__ = down
how to configurate the file "DEVNET.ini" ?
Have you made any effort to read the Wago documentation? It is freely available on their web site.
Without better data, it is difficult to be certain, but I suspect a MAC ID of 5 and a baud rate of 500.
yes i read the manuals, and i put the correct data macid and baudrate , and the problem is:"error to write in the driver DN2DRV"
The Wago manual will describe exactly how to configure the DIP switches on the module for a particular MAC ID and Baud Rate. As long as these settings match the settings in DEVNET.INI, the configuration should be correct.
Have you supplied 24VDC power to the bus?
Are all five wires of the DeviceNet cable wired properly at both ends?
Is the bus terminated correctly with the correct resistors on both ends?
If you comment out the INB and OUTB lines in IOSYS, does the error persist? If so, then there is a bus issue with wiring, power, or termination.
