Can You share kuka backup ?Marek

Hi.
If I get correctly You want to send path, points coord from other device (PC, etc) to KSS system externally ?
It is possible through ethernet KLI pack, or RSI pack etc. You can prepare externally coordinations of points and then send to robot and execute movement. In Function Generator You can "overlay" on programed path some curved zig zag shapes etc. Normally You can use it in welding, painting process and else.
Beside of prepared "overlay" movements You can create Your own shapes of move.

Hi.
Hold on SHIFT button during startup windows loading and You have access to windows without loading of KukaCross and HMI and then You can check IP whatever. For me when I'll get this problem with starting up of HMI will change HD with KSS for the first.Marek

Hi axl6l.
How You have configured signals : Mode 1, Mode 2, Mode 3 bits in Standard program mode or in job mode ?
Are you use jobs or analogue signals from robot ?
Have You checked configuration maybe You have wrong settings (configuration analog output on robot I/Os?

Hi.
I think that I've understud You. Simply You unscrew with hex key cup on the arm, where You expect to see toothed belts but there was only oil ;)))))))
Maybe I'm wrong so feel free to correct me.
Give me part number for this arm so I will dig in into my library and I'm quite sure I will have some docs for You.Marek

Hi.

Hi.
Have You used Telnet for checking plugged devices ?
Windows Start key - Run...
Windows 95: Telnet 192.0.1.1
Windows XP Security Patch 2 or higher: Telnetk 192.0.1.1
then use function DnWho [Enter]
and You will get list of Dn devices connected to network.Marek

OK.
You have configuration of slave in VW standard.
In my opinion You have configuration prepared for working with I-bus master modules connected to master ring of robot, if not change MASTERRING value to 0, not as You have in IBSPCI1.INI - 1.
0403hex means that You wan to exchange 4 words with PLC and 03 hex means that is I/O digital connection.
Second thing. If You have prepared configuration for this card in SLAVE controller that means that configuration seetted by dip-switches on I-bus robot card will be readed by SLAVE configuration.
You've send me bg4 for robot ring, for the first You don't have any configuration opened in ibspic1.ini, wrong card type, wrong speed transmition, all is messed up. I do not know how You have prepared this conf but it has wrong configuration settings.
I do think that You have some instalation based on PLC and this robot originally was working with master modules.
Send me printscreen of MAIN SLAVE RING of interbus, there is a key to resolve Your problem couse I do not know Your cell configuration. You can send me bg4 file for slave loop too at wojciechowski.marek@outlook.comMarek

Hi yunusdereli
Ok for the first You haven't any CMD svc configuration file exported from IBS CMD program. It is located in ibspci1.ini file. You have there ;CMD_FILE=init\newcard.svc, so You don't have configuration for IBS SLAVE MASTER.
As I see in Your Iosys file You have configuration for ibs pci based card, then You have slave configuration prepared correctly (mapping on 896 slave address range for ibs).
You don't have any master ring for this robot, as I see on pic or in configuration.
You propably have IBS PCI SC/RI/RT-LK type of ibs card installed.
Have You checked Interbus SLAVE configuration ?
As I see on Pic F01 orange diode is lights on. it means that You don't have correct llight paths (swaped fibers, broken fiber, wrong configuration etc.). Check for the first that You have properly plug in fibers (IN fiber comming from previous Ibs user in black plug, and otherwise).
If You have projects You can send me (bg4 files for robot and for main IBS Slave loop).
Robot is the last user in IBS ring ?
How about dip-switches located on SLAVE IBS card (there are 10 of them), If You don't have configuration You have to set up speed of IBS communication, how many bytes You want to exchange with PLC etc, some of them are not used.
With best regards

Hi.
I've got the same problem today with one of our KRC1 cabinets, remedy: good HDD with GOOD VSS.
Marek -
Hi.
You have configuration prepared for Interbus slave ring connection.
Take a look on this forum there is a lot of infos about Your problem.
see iosys.ini, and depending on which slot is used on ibs card in interbus.ini or ibspci.ini, located in INIT folder.Marek

Hi.
There was problem with RDW card, I swaped card with good and problem solved.
Thank You for answering hermann, the leg and panic mode (thank You remind me problems with plastic screws, and possibility to make shortcuts :))
Marek -
Hi.
Hermann and The leg : thank You for answer yes I will replace with spare rdw card for old krc system, the newer card for KRC2 it is more expensive but what we can do show must go on :))) meaning production -
Hi.
I have a problem with old KRC1 cabinet. After shutdown system losting all of axies mastering. Batteries ok, after turning off main switch system is shuting down correctly, batteries are good, with huge capacity of energy. Modul in PM6-600 for recharging works fine +27V no problem. RDW card works.
Hmmm, where I can search for cause ? MFC with DSE ? cables ? Normally there is no problem with robot at work shifts.

Hello.
1. Do You have installed IBS card in robot cabinet ? based on PCI or ISA port ? (fiber optics or copper ?)
2. Do You have instalation for interbus ( I/O's on master side of robot ) ?
3. Do You have assigning in IOSYS Interbus configuration file SVC file ?Marek

Hi.
That is ok, but I was thinking about some other possibility of selecting files, for example every second on the list, selected not as making square on screen.
As on the pic attached.
