What does the SRVO-062 say after the alarm code? (G:1 A:6) then your robot alkaline batteries are dead replace with any alkaline Battery
SRVO-062 (Low CMOS) then 3 Volt Lithium in the controller is dead. If that was the case I would expect to see that your programs and other user setting would be gone seeing as that is what they backup. All Batteries do not recharge during robot operation. -

Have you thought of recording PR[8] in a Reference position. This way an DO could be set when the robot is at that position.

Try setting it to default and see the results........ Might show what your looking for.

If you have DCS you can view the defaults at the stop predication setup menus

I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how to improve the accuracy of Coord Motion. I'm using an M10 R30iB with a 2 axis positioner setup as a general positioner . I need to setup using the unknown point method.
