We are having arc error whenever there is issue with the arc welding devices, wires, torch, communication cable etc....But whenever this error comes on the pendant screen we can see the options at bottom side as SKIP and RESUME. So operator sometimes by mistake press skip button, so weld seam is skipped.
So our requirement is whether it is possible to disable the option of skip in automatic mode & made it enable in manual mode only under setter login.
Welding equipment is SKS & communication is through profibus.

Machine was running normally suddenly error pop ups "Flexpendant communication not done" So restart but unable to run the program routine so finally done I start on IRB1600ID robot.Any root cause for it does any body knows.
Also free space is near about 564Mb. -
We are having IRB 1600ID robots & on particular 2 points when in manual mode the deadman switch is released the robot moves down 2 to 3 mm & in auto mode we found sometimes robot motion supervision. This leads to weld seam shifting.
Can anybody tell me why robot moving down when releasing deadman switch...? -
Rebuild the system & upgrade the robotware from 5.14 to 5.15 but still this error is coming sometime 2 to 3 times in 24 hours & sometimes may not come....

We have replaced the battery & now the error is under observation

We have check the battery on load (robot power off) & found Robot 1 = 10.9V, Robot 2 = 11.02V & external axis = 11.01V
Also please explain drive module 1, measurement link 1 means which battery &
drive module 1, measurement link 2 means which battery.
How to understand which battery is having problem
Also please tell me what should be the battery voltage on load when battery is healthy?
How to recognized whether battery is ok or not? How much should be the voltage? (one battery showing 11.1V but showing error when placed in robot, terminal of battery are also fixed properly.

Error : 50394 Path of the unit is cleared
This error we are getting intermitently, so we load revious backup but not done.
So tried to save event log but unexpected error is coming.
So please tell what is cause & solution for this problem.

On the robot 1600ID we are getting battery charged low so we checked robot SMB battery & external axis battery
found voltage as 11.0, 11.1 & 11.1V.ALso we verify SMB cable for any damage found ok. We are facing this issue to almost 20 robots.
Pl tell us the root cause of this with solution if anybody can help. -
PLC don't have any signal configured like motor off, but I noticed that sometimes

We have already separate out all the control cables & resolver cables of robot from welding cables but we have to keep in one tray only.
Also this problem happens to any point suddenly with no alarm & its start again if done motor on..... -
We are having 2 1600ID robots with 3 external axis in welding cell. Suddenly motor gets off & no alarm display & when we turn motor on its working ok. What may be the cause of it? We check all the connections related to motor on contactor but found ok.

We are having 2 1600ID robots with 3 external axis in welding cell. Sometime suddenly the teach pendant gets hanged & robot stops in between welding & robot stops & gives error as "In synchronous mode". We are not able to remove the external axis synchronous mode.
So we do P start & load backup but not done so taken all to zero & done I start & load backup trial ok
But we need cause of such problems & also how to handle such situation instead of doing I start.
