If the touch portion is all that is broke, then you can order it alone from Motoman. It is the glass portion and it double sided tapes to the lcd screen.

If you are an integrator, you should be able to call Motoman and get access to their FTP site with the manuals on it. Like said above, there is no XRC Maintenance manual from Yaskawa, only the manual you get in the Training Course from Motoman.

Thanks for sharing, I have a question. I took it the nam file was to be able to have a comment file to view, but I cant get it to work. When I load the standard nam file, there is no change in the appearance and nothing has a comment. Is the nam file used for something else ?
