    Hi,

Can someone explain me a step by step procedure of calibrating the welding machine Motoweld S500.
I have done it before but i dont remember.
I remember that we have to create a test job for welding a test bead on a scrap component.
Start from VWELD 1.0 and go upto VWELD 14.0
But how about the AWELD values. What should that be initially.
Please explain or share a manual if it exists.

    Thanks.

Hi , see attached manual , PLEASE note I will remove this manual within 7 days or prior if requested .
we calibrate our welders in several ways & I'm not completely familiar with this machine.
I would add that trying to get the robots welding file values to match the welders output exactly , is not always
feasible , as changes to welding wire, base metal & conditions will influence these values.

    Hi,

I very much appreciate your help but i have this manual for my machine.
May be i was not clear in my question, but i actually need to know the sample program that has to be written and what values to keep constant and what values to keep increasing.

    Thanks for the help.
