No, before this problem occurs, it was working withpout any AO/AI module.

Hi,
Yes, when I press Wire+ or Wire- then it shows ON and OFF in Weld IO.
It also shows the Wire Feed Speed in AO till i press the Wire+ or Wire- key.I have loaded the image also but this problem is still there.
All other IOs are getting configured but AO/AI are not.On the TP it also gives me warning message.PRIO 068 BAD IO config. Rack 89 slot 1
and when I clear the AI/Ao then this message also clears.
I checked in Manual this message shows if it is process IO board, but we have modular IO board.Rupy

Hi,
We have Arcmate 120ic/10l with R30iA controller and kemppie welding machine with Ethernet/IP.
We are facing problem that the wire is not coming out from the Teach Pendent.
When we are pressing Wire+/- then the DO is activating(off-----> On).
Then we checked the Weld IO and found that Wire feed Speed and Voltage AO are not configured.
We tried to configured but "port assignment is invalid" message is coming.
AI/AO are configured as below:AI

Hi guys,
I was searching some threads for connecting the PC with KRC2 through lab view.

When we jog in (-) the rail track in world cordinate then TCP of the robot also moves in -Z and when jog in (+) direction then TCP of the robot moves in +Z direction.
But when we jog in (-/+) the rail track in AXIS SPECIFIC then TCP of the robot does not move either in -Z or +Z direction.But as I know about robotics kinematic,these world or axis specific or tool cordinates modes are only for helping in joging the robot to make teaching easy.
After teaching when we run the program then it does not matter in which cordinate your robot is.Atleast with Fanuc it is like this and I believe with other robots the kinematic will be same.I am suspecting whether in KUKA there is some system variable for coupling or decopling of track while moving.Because in our application when we move the track we are not doing any job and torch is away from the job.

Hi,
We have KR 16 with KRC2 with rail track.
We have a job in which we have to do the offset and repat the same program.
I searched on this forum and found a solution like teach a base and shift the base with the variable of type Frame.

Now the problem is that when we shift the base the can not shift the rail axis value.
So we thought do
XP1.E1=XP1.E1+offset.......
.....
XP6.E1=XP6.E1+offset.But now the rail axis is getiing the offset but the program points are also getting shifted in -Z direction(world) by 100 mm
I am unable to figure out the reason.

We have KRC2 5.5.11 version and it automatically logout from expert to operator mode.
I read on this forum to change the lease time in Authentication.config file but i am unable to open it.
I tried to run from Windows run screen but unable to open it.any other methods.
