It could be a TP program using the MESSAGE[...] instruction, yes, but judging from the content of the message displayed on the User screen I'd say it's more likely a KAREL program. GET_POS_REG is a KAREL built-in routine that reads a position register entry into a cartesian or joint position variable and will fail with the printed status (17032) if the register and variable's position types mismatch (ROUT-032 Position type mismatch)
But the root of your problems is that your position register (that is assumed to be in cartesian representation by the program throwing the error) is in joint representation at the time its accessed.
1) Do you know what the position register entry is used for? Any known sources like programs or software options that can update it?
2) Are you sure that when you start your program(s), the position register is in the correct type (cartesian representation)? If yes, go through the whole program step-by-step and see at what point it changes (I'm not 100% sure but I believe you need to close and open the PR's position in order for the display to update)
